Before: This garden has plenty of scope for improvement. The client wanted a lawn laid and gravel placed around shed area around the corner.
During: Gravel moved to other part of garden. The soil was compacted by the weight of the gravel so the surface had to be skimmed and top soil brought in to flatten levels.
Afterwards: New lawn laid using Rolawn medallion turf. The edges were edged with blue engineering bricks for the mowing strip and scalloped victorian edging placed along the beds.
Gravel placed around shed area. Site had to be excavated to contain a large volume of gravel.
Lawn laid and client wanted a small gravel seating area next to raised beds. Bed area near shed for children to plant herbs and other seedlings.
Wall at end of garden was to be knocked out and line contiued along existing front.
New wall built using bricks from old wall. New planting to go in raised island bed.
